Provide urgent solution in case of any problem in vehicle or any other issue with regards to bus routes, picking up students.
Plans, directs, coordinates and oversees all functions pertaining to the operations of transportation of School.
To ensure efficient transportation of students between home and school on a regular schedule, and between other destinations within or outside the division boundaries on a special scheduling basis.
Responds to requests for assistance by troubleshooting and providing solutions to driver-related problems.
Maintaining the list of drivers and other staff members
Communicate with Monitors, Parents and other staff members as needed.
Supervise general maintenance program with specific attention to safety inspections.
Establish performance standards and supervise operational care, service and maintenance of all vehicles within the department.
Submit Checklist daily to management as per their requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 – QAR2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Transport Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
Monitoring the student’s commitment to all details of the training process and clarifying this in the reports and notes that reach the responsible authorities at the university. Viewing the weekly reports that the student adds to the computerized training system and commenting on them as appropriate.
