Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse tense customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
