Job Summary:
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring that vehicles are repaired and serviced efficiently, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and achieving performance targets.
- Dealing with daily incoming and outgoing letters and parcels without prolongation or delay.
- Preparing dates for meetings, reservations and vacations.
- Archiving work files, circulars and notes.
- Preparing management reports.
- Receiving calls to the manager’s office.
- To have enough knowledge to cope with technical difficulties to ensure smooth operation of the workshop
- Lead his team and have the ability to pass that knowledge into them
- Assure and monitor team service quality
