Job Description
Processes all written reports involving security related incidents and guest or employee accidents.- Ensures that all hotel entrances and exits are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy.
- Close down the different outlets at closing time.
- Ensures that all potential and real hazards are communicated and taken care of immediately.
- Ensure and guard the safety of guests and employees by walking surveillance rounds and patrol of all the Hotel’s areas.
- Detect safety-threatening situations and irregularities like unwanted visitors, mutilation or aggressive behaviour.
- Obtain all loss reports, investigate, follow-up and determine course of action.
- Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety equipments are in their right places.
- Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
- Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Maintains a log-book for visitors.
- Make sure that all employees are properly checked upon departure.
- Be aware of Hotel fire, bomb and emergency procedures.
- Be aware of health and safety, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel or in a Security Firm.
- Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills to identify potential security risks or threats.- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift or move heavy objects when necessary.
- Good command of English Language. (Written & Spoken)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Age – 25 to 35 Years
- Possess strong multitasking skills

Salary QR.1900/- , Free shared accommodation , Free Transport back and forth from the work place and Free meals in staff cafeteria.
