About the job:
In this interesting role you will be working in our Finance Team as Revenue Coordinator.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Adherence to quality, health & Safety, Information security and business continuity.
- Ensure that accurate and complete invoices are sent to customers on timely basis and handle complaints/ queries of customers such as timeliness, credit notes, disputes, etc. in a professional manner.
- Participate in the month end closing for revenue and related receivable transactions and provide analysis, schedules and breakdowns as assigned.
- Prepare balance reconciliation statements for major customers. Also, prepare ageing analyses highlighting old recognized and unrecognized balances.
- Monitor due payment collection and adherence to organization’s policy and procedures.
- Highlight payment delays and inform to the other member of finance department and sales department to send out payment reminders to customers as per the policy to maintain the account receivable turnover days.
- Gather data to coordinate with the payables team to propose accounts set off request to the vendor/customers where appropriate.
- Ensure all the receipts information for the collection from customers and other related information are timely provided to the respective finance team member to enter the receipts in the books.
- Support other staff in revenue and related receivable function to facilitate auditors (internal and external) with requested information necessary for audit purpose.
