About the location:seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

1. Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards.

2. Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order

3. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order.

4. Making sure the food pickups from the kitchen are done on timely manner, proper temperature and a complete food is delivered on time.

5. Coordinate amenity delivery by ensuring that all requests are received, filled, ordered from kitchen and delivered in a prompt and accurate.

6. Any special amenities or any VIPs arrivals to coordinate with the team accordingly.

7. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer food and beverage suggestions.

8. Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests from the guests.

9. If the guest requests are for other departments like Front office, Housekeeping or Engineering related, communicate immediately with the concerned departments to acknowledge the guests request.

10. Proper food and beverage menu knowledge, including offerings from other restaurants as well.

11. Proper knowledge of Food and Beverage offerings and restaurants timing at the hotel in case of guest queries.

12. Engage with guests using guests name in proper and appropriate manner. 13. Aware of food and beverage preferences of regular and VIP guests including their allergies if any.

14. Always answer the calls with smile, following proper telephone ethics.

15. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact.

16. Work together with other colleagues in all departments and especially the kitchen department .
